Club BBQ, Music and rower’s celebration! Our Master Rowers returned victorious from “Nationals”, and celebrated another national championship (6th out of the 10 years the club's been in existence!) Juniors now too returned, but from “Worlds” in the CzechRepublic, and we celebrated their hard work as well!
On Tuesday, August 17th the club had a festive BBQ on the patio prepared by John Holzwarth and the Boathouse Restaurant which is rated highly by the NY Times. The night was fun filled with dancing to the live music by the river under a clear sky. The music was performed by the local favorite “Blue Steam Band” who played beat-full hits from past decades and present. As always all ages and guests were welcome.
