High Performance Training For Kids

The Saugatuck Rowing Club is a state of art premier training facility. Our programs focus on the fundamental skills every athlete needs to maximize his or her athletic potential. The training sessions were developed by an expert speed and sports performance coach. They are designed to improve athletic performance in the areas of speed, strength, endurance, power, and agility. Each athlete will be under the guidance of a credentialed trainer/coach who is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with years of experience working with athletes of all ages. We have designed comprehensive, scientifically proven pre-season/in season training workouts for all athletes, or the athlete just breaking into his her sport.
