Fit Kids

Our mission for the Fit Kids program is to create the best programs utilizing all the most recent trends in kid’s fitness while keeping in mind the safety of all kids in our program. Our trainers and coaches who work with the kids are all former athletes with years of experience instructing children. Below is a general schedule for the 6 weeks program. The club will be running sessions every 6 weeks that will focus on general fitness for kids, high performance/sports specific training and injury prevention. There is also the opportunity to develop specific programs designed for your child’s unique needs upon request. Private one-on-one training is available for your child as well. Sample schedule:
» Week 1 – Introduction – Ice breakers get to know who everyone is. Set individual and personal goals for yourself. Proper muscle warm up and various types of dynamic warm-ups.
» Week 2 – Introduction to weight training.
» Week 3 – Introduction to cardio-vascular action and learning how your heart works during exercise.
» Week 4 – Introduction to nutrition & healthy foods/snacks. Knowing when to rest.
» Week 5 – Putting it all together.
» Week 6 – Graduation – Reviewing your goals that you set the first week.
