Diana began her career in sports working for the Colorado Rockies AA Farm Team as the Director of Group Sales while still in college. Upon graduation, she set her sights on the travel publishing industry, working for a travel magazine as the Global Director of Sales, Marketing, and Production. After traveling the world, at 27 she branched off and started her own firm managing sales teams and producing sections for the New York Times & The Boston Globe. She ran that for 11 years.

Diana has worn a lot of hats at Saugatuck Rowing Club since 2016, including yoga instructor, rowing coach, director of marketing, membership, event coordinator, and pro shop buyer. In January of 2018, SRC partnered with Norwalk Hospital to teach their breast cancer patients how to row. Diana soon took over as Head Coach of the program. In the summer of 2019, Diana joined SRC full-time as the Director of Marketing, Membership, and Events, as well as President and Head Coach of the Saugatuck SurviveOARS, a breast cancer survivor rowing program (501-c3).
