Erik’s training philosophy involves strength, speed, cardiovascular, flexibility, and balance components. He enjoys challenging his clients to maximize their potential by improving their movement, mindset, and nutrition. He's a former Division 1-AA football player, has completed 9 marathons (including Boston 2019 Qualified for Boston 2021), and completed 4 ultra-marathons. Erik's qualifications are the following:
