Gail spent 7 years working in outpatient physical therapy as an exercise specialist; where she designed and implemented rehabilitation programs for orthopedic patients. Gail then went on to become the Wellness and Physiology Coordinator for The Sports Center at Chelsea Piers in New York City. In addition to personal training, Gail administered metabolic tests, was responsible for wellness programming, and ran an ongoing Triathlon Training Camp. She joined the staff of Saugatuck Rowing Club in 2002. Gail is involved in every aspect of the club's programming. She has taught novice rowing and was an instructor for the master’s rowing winter training program. Gail also teaches Group Exercise Classes and has a varied personal training clientele. She also administers metabolic tests. Currently, Gail also serves as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York City.
Gail enjoys working with every fitness level. Her experience in rehabilitation makes her uniquely qualified to work with members who may have special needs or medical limitations. Her athletic background lends to working with novice to elite runners and triathletes competing at all distances.
