Gail joined the staff of Saugatuck Rowing Club in 2002 where she is involved in every aspect of the club's fitness programming. She has taught novice rowing and was an instructor for the master’s rowing winter training program. Gail also teaches group exercise classes and has a varied personal training clientele. Prior to joining us, she spent 7 years working in outpatient physical therapy as an exercise specialist where she designed and implemented rehabilitation programs for orthopedic patients. Gail then went on to become the Wellness and Physiology Coordinator for The Sports Center at Chelsea Piers in New York City where she was responsible for wellness programming and ran a Triathlon Training Camp. Currently, Gail also serves as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York City. Gail enjoys working with every fitness level. Her experience in rehabilitation makes her uniquely qualified to work with members with special needs or medical limitations. Her athletic background lends itself to working well with novice to elite runners and triathletes competing at all distances. Her certifications and accomplishments include:
