Shea has always had a strong interest in fitness, health, and wellness. As a runner, cyclist, and teacher, Shea merged her passion for teaching and overall fitness and began her career teaching fitness classes at Southport Athletic Club in Southport, CT. With tremendous success in group fitness, Shea completed her NASM Personal Training Certification and now trains clients and teaches a variety of group fitness classes. Shea enjoys working with clients of all levels and capabilities. She loves to develop custom programs to fit specific goals and provides highly effective programs to get you where you want to be for a lifetime of fitness and health. She believes in a functional fitness training method, including strength, cardiovascular, balance, flexibility, nutrition, and rest. Working efficiently and consistently to reach goals. Whether your goal is to drop a few pounds, build pure strength, increase your endurance, or train for better balance and flexibility, Shea will get you there. Shea has completed 6 marathons over the past 10 years, including New York City and San Francisco. She loves to run, practice yoga, and cycle outdoors in her free time.
