Tiffanie received her MS; Nutrition and Health Promotion; Certification in Sports Nutrition; and Bachelors of Science, Clinical Dietetics from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to switching to Clinical Dietetics, Tiffanie completed 3 years of the Doctorate in Physical Therapy program at Simmons College.
Tiffanie has been a certified personal trainer and nutritionist since 2003. Corrective exercise and attention to form and function have become a true passion after many years of working with a diverse clientele.
Tiffanie enjoys focusing on progression-based bodyweight training, functional movements, strength programming, and mobility. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
She is also certified in Pre/Post Natal Training through Annette Lang Education Systems, with a focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation. Additionally, Tiffanie holds a Senior Fitness Specialist Certification and has 15 years of experience programming for and improving the quality of life of the senior community.
Tiffanie is also certified in Active Isolated Stretching through Wharton Performance in New York City, specializing in assisted stretching and range of motion (ROM).
As her programming and focus have evolved throughout the years, Tiffanie has increasingly focused her time on continuing education and creating customized programs that address more specific concerns. Her experience includes working with postural imbalances, gait issues, orthopedic conditions, metabolic concerns, and chronic disease.
As a former competitive gymnast and springboard diver, Tiffanie enjoys challenging herself with new opportunities to learn and develop her love of movement. She believes that with motivation, effort, and a positive attitude, her clients can enjoy the process of reaching their goals by learning to live a healthier lifestyle. She currently resides in Fairfield County with her husband and two very active children.
